Doors like this protected the window like opening into each family's grain storage building, using a simple sliding door lock. Carvings of primordial beings, ancestors, Kanaga masks, sun lizards and scenes of daily life symbolically protected the entrance, making it sacrosanct. Size: 48cm H x 30cm W Base Depth: 15cm
