Usage Instructions Inject once weekly under the skin (abdomen, thigh, upper arm) Start at 0.25 mg weekly for 4 weeks, then increase as directed Doses may be raised to 0.5 mg, 1 mg, or 2 mg weekly Use at the same time each week (with or without food) Rotate injection sites to prevent skin irritation Side Effects Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation Loss of appetite Fatigue or headache Rare: pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, kidney injury, allergic reactions Increased risk of thyroid tumors in animal studies (not seen in humans) Side effects are often mild and improve with time
