Big Pilot Heritage Ref. IW501004 Chronograph sometimes referred to as theIt started in 1940 when IWC produced 1,000 military navigators watches. These oversized B Uhr watches had distinctive dials and pocket watch movements converted to central seconds to be used for military applications. In 2002, IWC introduced a new automatic movement and modified it to central seconds. The result was a contemporary take on the classic B Uhr watch, dubbed the "Grosse Fliegeruhr" or Big Pilot's Watch (model number 5002). This exceptional
