Pink Guava Puree - Brewer's Orchard Fruit Puree "distilling" Fermentation Temperature: 47–55F (8–13C)The all natural pink guava fruit puree from Brewer's Orchard adds an intense and characteristic aroma and flavor of fresh guava in beer and mead. Only ripe, healthy, and non GMO pink guavas are used to make this puree. The puree is a completely natural product; undiluted, unconcentrated, and preservative free. Contains no seeds and has been commercially sterilized. The puree can be added directly to the primary or secondary fermenter do not boil.
