Weis Kirschwasser 500ml Region_Belize while young is deliciously freshKirschwasser is a fruit brandy that is made exclusively from the fermented fruit of the cherry. The sweet cherry varieties used are slightly more fruity than the types offered for fresh consumption and therefore (in relation to the fresh mass) more sugary and more aromatic. Sour cherries are also the basis of some specialty varieties. Kirsch is usually drunk neat. The ideal drinking temperature is 14 16 C. The kirsch is also perfect in a cheese fondue
