Yale Dreux Doorknob Genoa The door plate measures 7Yale Dreux Doorknob Heavy cast bronze oval decorative doorknob made by Yale. Dreux design. Cir. 1899 1921. The doorknob is a narrow oval with a decorative border and pronounced raised center and a tapered neck. The knob measures 2 3 4"l x 1 3 8"w. It fits on snuggly on a standard non threaded square shaft. The securing hole on the neck is offset so this oval knob does not require a special offset shaft or lock box to sit upright. It has a nice patina.
