Julskinka/Swedish Ham- 2-3 lbs Gift or wherever your adventures takeOur traditional Swedish ham (Julskinka) will be the tastiest center piece on your Julbord. Made the old fashion way of using the rear ham, deboning and then salt cured. The skin and rind is left on and adds great flavor when cooking. Traditionally this ham is topped with a mustard bread crumb crust and eaten cold, but it is just as good served hot. *This is a raw, not smoked, salt cured boneless pork ham and needs to be fully cooked.
