All of that footage of her is included here, so make sure you don't purchase WPW 300 if you get this. She was in top contest shape then, and again here, when we did this work with her at the time of the 1999 Junior Nationals Fitness Contest, which she won. Che was yet another example of a great looking fitness woman with impressive muscularity, and she poses bodybuilding style in many outfits
