5OZ的岡山DENIM FABRIC，經全人手刷色後再加入STONE WASH經工業機器洗水而成，故每一頂的洗水狀態都是獨一無二，效果自然。且因為已多次洗水，布料變得柔軟，配戴後的感覺比較舒適。

同樣是採用品牌獨有的Raffy布料製作，先在和歌山製作布料，然後再送往三重縣的加工廠進行Raffy處理，目的是將棉與超長纖維捻合而成，具有十分好的拉伸性，是Kepani自己獨有的技術。
