Among these, it was shown that trimethylamine-N-oxide (TMAO) positively correlated with PsA skin and peripheral joint activity 27 , and pro-inflammatory eicosanoids PGE2, HXB3 and 6,15-dk, dh, PGF1a and anti-inflammatory eicosanoids 11-HEPE, 12-HEPE and 15-HEPE correlated with joint disease score in PsA patients 28
