I sentori al naso sono di pompelmo, litchies e verbena. In bocca nitido e diretto, con un'aromaticit che si espande, quasi masticabile. Buona acidit e lunghezza. Un'emozione non frequente quella di poter bere un Muscat come questo "Goldart" Grand Cru de Alsace. Zind Humbrecht ha scelto di investire su questa piccola bacca, il Muscat Petites Grains, con cui ha gradualmente sostituito il Muscat Ottonel
