The IntercityHotel Hamburg was a challenge, even for the experienced Gerloff team.

A full refurbishment was carried out with the hotel in full operation, and in the middle of Hamburg's city center. Gerloff managed to refurbish the entire hotel floor by floor without giving hotel guests the feeling that they were staying at a construction site. Quietly, unobtrusively and quickly. Only two containers near the hotel indicated ongoing construction work.
